Joining the Credit Union

If you are over 16 years of age and either work of live in the common bond area you are eligible to apply for membership of the St Albans District Credit Union.

Employers, Sole Traders and Junior Members (age under 16 years)  should see separate information pages on this web site

Step One:

Obtain and complete a copy of the application form from the Hatfield Road or other Credit Union

Collection Point OR click to access on line                                               , Complete as much as

possible on screen, download and print  and complete any further details in ink,

OR download a  blank copy of the form and complete in ink.

Help in completing form  is readily available from the Credit Union Office in Hatfield Road  (Tel: 01727 859135).

Step Two:

Hand in or post completed form, together with proof of identity documents, a joining fee of £2 and a minimum initial deposit of £1 to a Credit Union officer at a collection point or hand in or post to: St Albans District Credit Union, 135 Hatfield Road, St Albans, AL1 4JX.
